How It Works
We personally searched high and low when trying to find a social media company to run our accounts. If they were affordable, they needed me to provide all the captions. If they were resourceful and it was a complete package, well... let's put it this way, I could hire an assistant full-time for the same cost.

Since us brokers are all trying to get the same message out, we often have very similar content. With our business model, we create & reuse a lot of the same content for our clients. Depending on the package you choose, the content can vary slightly or be more personalized. For that reason, we only allow so many people from the same area. This allows us to produce high quality content for our clients without their local competition having the same content as them.
There is no magic formula as to how many people we will allow per area, we just try to be reasonable. Being brokers ourselves, we know how important this is and try to keep it in mind when onboarding clients. That said, social media can have a large reach. There is no way for us to control how far content travels within our clients area.
